Use of the App
By using FLiKKA, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.
Orders & Pricing
- Product pricing and availability may change before order confirmation.
- We may cancel orders due to stock, operational, or serviceability issues; any payment collected will be refunded as per our policy.
- Images are illustrative; actual packaging may vary.
Payments
- We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments via Razorpay gateway.
- Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment verification.
- Failed online payments will automatically cancel the order. You can retry payment or choose COD if available.
- Convenience fees may apply for certain payment methods as displayed during checkout.
Delivery
- Delivery is available only within serviceable areas as determined by branch radius and operational capacity.
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, order volume, or other factors beyond our control.
- You must provide accurate delivery address with precise GPS coordinates and be available to receive the order.
- Real-time order tracking is provided via the app. Delivery partners may contact you for location assistance.
- Delivery fees and minimum order values vary by location and are displayed during checkout.
Cancellations & Returns
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch subject to operational constraints.
- Return requests are handled as per our Return Policy.
App Features & Limitations
- Authentication: Phone number verification via Twilio SMS OTP is required for account creation and login.
- Location Services: GPS access is required for serviceability checks and accurate delivery. Manual address entry is available as fallback.
- Push Notifications: We send order updates, promotional offers, and service notifications. You can disable these in app settings.
- Loyalty Program: Earn points on purchases and referrals. Points have no cash value and may expire as per program terms.
- Coupons & Offers: Subject to terms, validity periods, and usage limits. Cannot be combined unless specified.
Account & Conduct
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and Twilio authentication tokens.
- Do not misuse the app, including fraud, abuse, creating fake accounts, or violating laws.
- One account per phone number. Multiple accounts may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
- Provide accurate information for orders, addresses, and profile details to ensure proper service delivery.
Data Security & Third-Party Services
Data Protection: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and comply with applicable data protection laws.
Third-Party Service Providers:
- Twilio: SMS-based phone verification and OTP delivery services
- Razorpay: PCI DSS compliant payment processing and transaction management
- Firebase (Google): Push notifications, app analytics, and crash reporting
- Cloudflare: Content delivery network and DDoS protection for our website
These services are bound by their respective privacy policies and security standards. We ensure all third-party integrations meet our security requirements.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLiKKA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
